Founded in 1967, the MONTREUX JAZZ FESTIVAL has established itself as one of the most prestigious annual music events in the world. The extraordinary list of artists who have played there is drawn from across the musical spectrum and from around the world. Now, with the consent of the festival and the artists, Eagle Vision is making these concerts available on DVD for the first time.

MIKE OLDFIELD Live at Montreux 1981
Mike Oldfield's only appearance to date at the Montreux Festival was during the 1981 European tour in support of his album "QE2". The set featured songs from that album, its predecessor "Platinum" and versions of his classic seventies albums "Ommadawn" and of course "Tubular Bells". Performed by a tight knit group featuring two percussionist's, a bass player, a keyboardist and Maggie Reilly on vocals, the concert captures the real spirit of Oldfield's music.
