Tommy Spinelli is sent by his boss to transport the heads of eight murder victims in a duffel bag to a mob boss. However, the duffel bag gets mixed up with another bag, that of Charlie, a college student, who is off on vacation to Mexico with his girlfriend Laurie and her parents. Chaos and mayhem ensue as the boys use drastic tactics to replace the eight heads, whilst the mob boss gets more and more suspicious.
