After 14 years in exile, Vusi Madlazi (Ice Cube), a freedom fighter, returns home for his father's funeral and finds that a lot had changed: the drug wars are destroying his people... And his brother is missing in action. During a desperate search through the back streets, Vusi joins forces with a beautiful stripper (Elizabeth Hurley), and discovers his brother ran up a huge cocaine debt with a vicious drug lord. Now Vusi must pay the debt or bury his brother too.
