He stalks his victims before drinking their blood, using a hypodermic needle and razor blade as is weapons of choice. Martin is a vampire... Or at least believes he is. Only he doesn't exhibit the usual vampire traits... He can eat garlic, isn't troubled by crosses and can be seen in a mirror.
An excellent combination of satire and gore, Martin is Romero's outstanding vampire movie.
