Sharon and John Richards (Ann Jillian and Robert Desiderio) are devastated when their only child, four year-old Matthew, is kidnapped. The police have no clues, leaving the heartbroken couple with little hope. Unbeknownst to Sharon, John flies to Phoenix to see the very wealthy Mafia boss Louis Mancini (Academy Award winner Charlton Heston) who John believes is behind Matthew's kidnapping. John knows that Louis is his only chance of getting Matthew back. Now John must reveal the truth to Sharon about his family's past and the secrets which he has kept from her for all these years.
