Spencer Griffith (Joseph Mazzello) is the new kid at school. He's bullied in class and has troubles at home. One night, he sees a meteor crash into the old junkyard and goes to investigate. He finds Cy, a seven foot tall robotic Cybersuit who has escaped from intergalactic aggressors, the Broodwarriors. Cy is friendly and invites Spencer to climb inside him. At once, his problems with the school bullies are over but there's a bigger battle to come. One of the Broodwarriors has followed Cy to Earth and it is up to Spencer to help his new friend fight the evil alien.
