Divorced and disillusioned, Roslyn Tabor (Marilyn Monroe) befriends a group of 'misfits', including an ageing cowboy (Clark Gable), a heartbroken mechanic (Eli Wallach) and a worn-out rodeo rider (Montgomery Clift).
