Based on a true story, David Mamet's brilliant adaptation of THE WINSLOW BOY is a rich and complex telling of the British classic, brought to life by a tremendous ensemble of talent, including Sir Nigel Hawthorne and Jeremy Northam. Set at the turn of the century, the story follows the lives of the Winslow Family and their fight to prove the innocence of their youngest son, a 13 year old naval cadet who has been expelled from the Academy for stealing a five-shilling postal note.
