1950's America - Lanny Morris (Kevin Bacon) and Vince Collins (Colin Firth) are the country's most beloved entertainers. A classic double act at the top of their game when a scandalous murder mystery threatens their success and ends their partnership.
Fifteen years later, up and coming writer Karen O'Connor (Alison Lohman), decides to turn this cold case into a hot story.
