Hello there!
Unlike some celebrities (that I won't mention!), I cannot eat whatever I like and stay cat walk model thin. Just like you, if I over eat and don't exercise, guess what? I pile on the pounds too.
I've never been a big fan of gyms so I've been on a constant look out for a workout that would help me keep fit, lose weight and tone up... ...but it had to be fun!
