Returns & Refunds

LOVEFiLM wants to ensure you are always happy with shopping at our site. To ensure this, we offer an "absolute satisfaction" guarantee where you can return any unopened item within 14 days of the date of dispatch from our warehouse. We will refund your credit/debit card in full once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days from date of postage). In order to make a return simply contact us . Please note that no returns can be made without first receiving a unique returns authorisation number from our customer care centre.

Please insert the reason for your return with the item, along with the invoice, and package securely. Please note, we recommend that you use recorded delivery or get a certificate of posting when returning goods, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost on return to us.

Having obtained a returns reference number, please attach with the item to be returned the reason for your return, along with the invoice, and package the return securely

Please note that LOVEFiLM can only refund postage costs where the return is a result of an error on our behalf or the unit is faulty.

LOVEFiLM will replace any faulty discs with the same title, or if the title is no longer available, will make refund back to the original credit card used in making the purchase. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.

Damaged Cases

If a CD jewel case is damaged when you receive it from us, we will be happy to mail you a replacement. Simply contact us .

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available where the product received is faulty or the wrong item is received.

Testing

LOVEFiLM tests each item returned. If a returned item is found not to be faulty LOVEFiLM will return the item and will make a £1 charge for postage for discs and a charge not exceeding £5.00 for heavier non-disc items. LOVEFiLM advise you to check any disc on a separate player before returning to reduce any inconvenience. Regrettably, LOVEFiLM cannot be responsible for incompatibilities caused by machines that have been modified to disable regional encoding.

Please note that we are unable to provide technical support on any of the PC games we supply. Please make sure that the game will run on your machine before ordering as we cannot be responsible for incompatibilities with your system. If a game is returned and found not to be faulty it may be swapped for a game of equal value it will not be refunded.
